Our Solution
We researched the Bible and the recommendations of top church leadership practitioners, business professionals, and academicians to uncover the key principles and practices that yield the best results when addressing interpersonal conflict.
Then, we created “Engage,” an on-site training program that equips pastors and congregational leaders to address conflict in alignment with Scripture and in a way that accurately reflects the character and nature of Christ.

Effective church leaders understand that unbelievers often learn more about God’s character and nature from how Christians behave than they do from the words Christians speak. Unmanaged conflict erodes the Church’s strength from within and tarnishes Christ’s reputation from without.

Neither churches nor businesses can grow beyond the capacity of their respective leaders. A leader’s abilty to address conflict successfully impacts his or her leadership capacity. Pastors must learn, model, and teach skillful conflict engagement in order to develop others to their fullest potential.
